Concept of pairing burgers with whiskey is the basis of a new “Jack & Burger” offer in five venues in Starwood hotel chain. Artur Grajber, chef in Sheraton Hotel in Warsaw, prepared a special menu “7 Shades of Burger” inspired by flavors of different corners of the world. In the menu there are three classics, based on the best Angus beef or Polish seasoned beef. There is also burger inspired by Asia – with slices of crispy duck with oriental plum sauce. There is also something for vegans and vegetarians – millet groats burger coated in hemp seeds with mousse with chestnuts and oriental-crusted tofu burger. The most spectacular in the menu is Dark Night – tuna meat marinated in Jack Daniel’s whiskey in a wheat squid ink bun. The “Jack & Burger” menu will be offered until May 29th.
