Modern Israel from the kitchen

Jewish History Museum POLIN invites you on Saturday for a meeting “Modern Israel from the kitchen.” The guest will be Gil Hovav – food critic, one of the most famous authors, journalists and culinary television personalities in Israel. Coming from one of the most respected families in the Jewish world, Gil played an important role in modern Israeli cuisine. He created and produced culinary programs and books. On Saturday, he will talk about the history of modern Israel from the kitchen. Admission to the event is free.
