A new small bistro was opened yesterday in the city center at Śniadeckich St. Prosię Bardzo Bistro serves mostly sandwiches with pork. The place wants to focus on proven receipts of Polish cuisine, enriching them with extras cuisines from different parts of the world. The menu features hot sandwiches, among others, Rozszarp Prosiaka with long roasted shoulder pork; Gulasz Chorizo with spicy chorizo sausage. There are also vegetarian sandwiches – Potato, Beet and Cottage cheese as well as breakfast sandwiches with eggs or mozzarella.
