Oliva Restaurant arts Festival of Olive Oil. During the next three weeks on Mondays Oliva will introduce a new 5-course menu recommended by the Warsaw Foodie. Each subsequent menu will be based on olive oil from one of the three Mediterranean countries – Italy, Spain and Greece. The menu will include an appetizer, soup, two main courses and a dessert. In addition, during the festival, restaurant Oliva will serve two types of olive oil to accompany bread. Olive oil will come from the same country as the week menu. You will also be able to buy this olive oil at the restaurant. Festival of Olive Oil will start from Italian olive oil and cuisine, in the second week there will be a Spanish olive oil and cuisine, and in the last week – Greek. Recipe for the bestseller dish of the whole festival will be published in November edition of Oliva’s newsletter.
