New foodtruck Easy Rider Bus will be launched in Warsaw mid May. The place will be dedicated to hot-dogs with various extra inspired by world cuisine. The menu will feature among others Bawaria Dog with sauerkraut, pickled mushrooms, bacon and mustard sauce or Sloppy Joe Dog with minced meat, guacamole and jalapeno. Sausages used in the hot dog will be produced by local butcher’s. There will be seasonal hot-dogs proposals and also some special dishes for vegetarians. Owners of Easy Rider are now looking for permanent location, until then you will be able to meet them during food truck events and food markets.
