Russian home cooking workshop will take place tomorrow in Zielony Jazdów. Tamara from Skamiejka restaurant will provide participants with the knowledge on preparing several dishes of this cuisine. The menu will include pielmienie and “Okroszka” – a refreshing cold soup based on kvass. There will be a homemade product by Tamara available to buy on the spot – a spicy charlock mustard from. Workshop is organized by LearnRaw. Admission is free.
