This Monday in Warsaw starts Vege Week. The aim of the event is to introduce the idea of vegetarianism to Poles. The vegetarian week will include series of meetings, events, film screenings and lectures. PlanEat, movie on the causes and treatments of cancer and heart disease will be shown in Traffic Club. Krowarzywa will organize vege burger eating contest. You will be able to meet with veg travelers in Cafe Lorentz. The special guest of the festival is Patrik Baboumian, the strongest vegetarian in the world, the winner of Germany’s Strongest Man competition. In the shops and restaurants cooperating with the event during this week you can take advantage of special discounts.
