Show of new culinary techniques using liquid nitrogen

Show of new culinary techniques using liquid nitrogen will take place on January 8 at the restaurant Mylos in Ursynów. During the show, which will be hosted by Marcin Piotrowski and Michael Bass, you will learn how to work with liquid nitrogen, and also try dishes prepared using this technique. Among the dishes tasted there will be meringues, sorbets and frozen herbs in drinks. Apart from observing professionals, you can try the technique yourself, freezing food at -198 degrees, and then enjoy eating your own meals. It is necessary to book in advance.
